Matthew 20:1-16
“And Jesus teaches once again that the kingdom of God is not like any of what we have learned in the world.
And Jesus whispers to us again about freedom–the freedom that comes from knowing ourselves to be loved.
Jesus is so sweetly consistent in his invitation to us–the invitation to unlearn and to let ourselves be loved.
Because the truth is, he tells us… The truth is that God’s generosity defines us, not our productivity.”
